Placing a commission from me means that you have read and Agreed to my T.O.S.

WARNING! ALL AI and NFT usage of my art are strictly prohibited.

If you are under 18 and would like to commission me, please get a parent or guardian's permission.

I reserve the rights to decline your commission request if I think I cannot make it well.

PLEASE DO NOT rush me to complete the commission unless rush fee was discussed and paid.

If you have a specific deadline for your commission, please let me know in advance. A rush fee may be required. The rush fee will cost 50%-100% of the commission price. Also depends on how soon you need it done.

Commissions will take from a few days to 4 months+, depending on commission type. I will provide WIP/progress updates.

All Commissions are delivered in .png files unless it's a Vtuber Model Commission .psd file. No physical copy is mailed. If you wish for other file types such as .Jpg please let me know beforehand.

Please include clear reference images/detailed descriptions.

DO NOT reproduce personal artwork for any merchandise such as but not limited to prints, key chains, stickers, cosplay etc.

Every time I send you an update, please keep in touch with me and provide feedback or confirmation to make sure the commission is finalized to our satisfaction.

Once a commission is finished, approved, and delivered, I’m not responsible for the proper storage of the finished file, and may not be able to deliver it again.

I will send you the sketch when I finish it. 5 minor revisions during sketch phase is free.

Major revisions during sketch phase, such as pose, character, composition, etc. Will cost a extra fee of $5USD per revision.

3 free minor revisions will be allowed during the final draft. (color/placement)

If you wish for Major revisions during the final draft, there will be a fee discussed depending on the revision.

Revisions will be free if mistakes were made by me that was already provided by client when commissioning.

10 free revisions during the sketch/color deciding phase.

3 free revisions during the line/base color phase.

2 free minor revisions during final.

Revisions will be free if mistakes were made by me that was already provided by client when commissioning.

Other revisions exceeding the limit will be charged a price per revisions depending on which phase.

Revisions that are requested by the rigger (for example, cutting some part, etc) generally won't be charged extra unless they require a substantial amount of detail outside of what's usual that wasn't mentioned in the commission details.

Please note the more revisions, the longer it will take. A few days of extensions may be needed.

Please pay the full price upfront. Payment plans can be discussed if the commission is $1000+

All prices are in USD!

The commission will only be official after the FULL payment has been received.

Payment is through Paypal invoice and is done before the commission begins.

Once the invoice is sent, the payment should be done within 48 hours(2 days) or the commission will be dropped. (Negotiable, DM me on Discord or Twitter if needed)

I DO NOT cover paypal fees/conversion fees. Additional 5% will be added to total on the invoice.

If agreed upon a payment plan, and the following payment was not received by the expected date without notice, I reserve rights to withdraw from the commission in the next 48 hours with NO refund.

For L2D model art ONLY: Full payment upfront is recommended, but you can choose to pay 50% upfront, and 50% after final sketch/color has been decided. I will not continue the commission until the payment is received.

I reserve the rights to post progress/WIP content on Twitter or other platforms while working on your commission unless a $50USD privacy fee is paid. (Vtuber Model privacy fees will be discussed separately.)

If you paid privacy fee, I will not disclose anything about the commission until a date you specify. The date should not exceed 6 months.

I reserve the rights to add completed commissions into my portfolios and promotion of commissions

Commissions are strictly for personal use unless commercial usage is further discussed.

Commercial usage fees for illustrations/outfit designs are 2x the original commission fee.

Commercial usage such as but not limited to Keychains, stickers, merch, etc. Will be 3x the original commission fee.

Vtuber models include commercial fees.

The client has paid in full and has requested a refund before I started the commission. (100%)

Commissions cannot be fully completed by the deadline. Depending on the progress of the commission. (20%-60%)

If problems were to occur on my side, partial or full refunds will be issued depending on the progress of the commission. (10%-100%)

Client requests for a refund during the sketch phase, 50% will be refunded.

The client requests for a refund after the sketch is completed.
